What is your Processing Time?
Our standard processing time is 5 –10 weeks from the date payment is received. For expedited orders, we offer fast delivery within 12 weeks at an additional cost of $300. Our items are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive within 3-8 working days.
What do I need for my virtual measurement
Measurements are taken virtually via Zoom. To ensure accuracy, please:
— Have a measuring tape ready.
— Join from a quiet, private space.
(Measurements cannot be done while driving or in noisy environments.)
How do you confirm fitting
At Gazelle Couture, your personal stylist keeps you updated every step of the way. Once your dress is complete, we’ll schedule your fitting.
For clients outside the state, fittings are held virtually with the help of one of our models whose measurements closely match yours. This allows you to see how the dress fits, review details, and approve any final adjustments before shipping.

What is your production timeline?

After we finalize your design, we’ll send you an invoice for a 70% deposit. Once payment is received, we’ll begin by sourcing the right fabrics and starting production.
Throughout the process, your personal stylist will share photos and videos with you so you can review the progress and request any adjustments if needed. Fittings will be done on a model with measurements close to yours to ensure the best possible fit.
When you approve the final look, you’ll make the remaining 30% balance payment, and we’ll proceed with shipping your dress. All orders are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive within 3–8 working days.
Do you do Dress Tracking?
Every Gazelle Dress is personalized to your unique style (fabric, 3D Applique, colour) we offer dress tracking which means we will not sell the same design to another prom student at your high school. Reserve your prom dress with our tracking system.
